Camping

We spent the weekend before school started camping at San Elijo. We had a great time with friends and the kids had a huge amount of fun playing in the sand, snacking, and generally being wild! I was happy to be distracted (and have Madi distracted) from the start of school. We are all getting better at organizing our camping, but it amazes me how much stuff we all bring. We keep saying that one day we will just share one giant packing list between families (like we split our food list), but for now we bring a ton of everything. The kids loved playing in the tents and think that the air mattresses are perfect trampolines. The moms and dads really enjoy the few days of drinking and shared parenting. So much fun!
